The Siren Map of NJ & Testing Infomation
The New Jersey Statewide Siren map is a historian/enthusiast-run map that allows people of any kind to submit siren locations to the map to be known to the world. If a siren is already on the map and has incorrect info or if the siren is just missing in general please use the form provided on the map. The map is updated often but it can take some time for small edits to be made. If the form is giving you issues please contact us through the are website.

The Sections of the Map
Active
On the New Jersey Statewide Siren Map this section is used to mark active sirens that are currently in use and possibly test. Not all sirens test, if that is the case it will say: Not Tested. If it does test it will list the testing time and date or day.
Inactive
On the New Jersey Statewide Siren Map this section is used to mark sirens that are no longer used or inactive. Unfortunately most sirens that are inactive will not go back into use however some may go back into use with proper repairs. Although this is very unfortunate that the sirens are no longer used they're at least there currently as a momento.
Removed
This section of the New Jersey Statewide Siren Map is meant to mark sirens that are removed. This means that the siren is no longer there. A red X means it is permanently removed and will not be returned to the service. A yellow X means that it is temporarily removed and that it might go back into service.

This is a long list of all the siren testing information in New Jersey compiled for easy access. This list is updated regularly along with the reliability of the test. The reliability is the likelihood of the siren test being a success. There are 5 categories, Very Reliable, Reliable, Maybe Unreliable, Unreliable, and Unknown. Reliability is very subjective and is frequently updated as things change.
